Shipping

We use DPD as our preferred carrier. Like us they are specialists in what they do.

We use DPD as they provide the best service to our customers. You will receive notifications on every stage of your order shipment. DPD will also provide you the customer flexible arrangements to receive your package.

1-2 Days

We currently use DPD as our preferred courier and use a Next Day Service.  Cut off time for next day service is 13:00.  If your order missed the cut off time it will be despatched the next business day.

Yes we provide a pick up in-store service.  Just choose this option at checkout.

You will have been given tracking information upon placing a successful order.

If you are unsuccessful or did not receive tracking information please Contact us as soon as you can and we will rectify the situation.

We use DPD as our preferred courier as like us they are specialists in what they do and ensure that your items arrive when they should.  The cheapest option is not always the best one.

If you are purchasing heavy equipment over 25Kg such as a punchbag.  This will incur additional handling charges by our courier.  

You are welcome to collect your order from our premises by selecting the option at checkout.

Ordering

Our site is available 24/7 but our staff unfortunately aren't.  We will process online orders during business hours.  Sometimes our staff can be pretty busy in our physical store.  Rest assured your order is important to us and will be dealt with as soon as possible. 

If you have any immediate concerns or special requests please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns & Refunds

Don't worry we can help you out. 

Contact us as soon as you can and we can amend your order straight away before it's dispatched.   If it has left our store then contact us to arrange a return.

As long as the items are unused and in saleable condition we will organise a refund as soon as goods are returned.

Please let us know within 30 Days of receiving your item that it's faulty.

Most contact equipment doesn't have standard warranties such as your TV or car.  

We will however investigate your claim impartially and fairly to deem if the goods have a manufacturing fault.  Fair wear and tear and usage will be taken into consideration.  On occasion will return the goods to the manufacturer for further investigation.

If it is found that the item is faulty you will be given the following options:

1)  Full refund (including shipping fees)

2)  Replacement (free shipping)

3)  Suitable repair of damaged items

4) Store credit to use in-store or online.

Yes, please get in touch with us to receive trade exclusive discounts and offers.   

We unfortunately do not offer credit accounts.
